The Challenge

Bayer’s consumer health brands — from Claritin to RestoraFiber to Iberogast — needed a steady flow of high-quality, bilingual content across multiple channels: broadcast, digital, social, packaging, and retail platforms like Amazon. With so many moving parts (casting, union signatory requirements, social-native campaigns, broadcast spots, product photography), it was critical that Bayer’s in-house agency partner, Oliver, had a trusted production team who could handle scale, speed, and complexity without compromising creative integrity.

Our Approach

Partnering directly with Oliver, we became their turnkey production and finishing arm. We supported them at every stage — from prep and creative consultation through casting (including bilingual talent and managing union agreements), production, and a full post-production suite (editing, sound design, color grading, finishing, delivery). Our mandate was clear: take Oliver’s briefs and ensure they came to life seamlessly across all formats.

• Broadcast & OLVs: Delivered fully finished commercials for North American distribution.

• Product & Advertising Photography: Produced high-quality imagery for packaging, websites, and retail storefronts (Amazon, etc.).

• Social-First Campaigns: Shot content designed to feel organic and “of the platform,” such as Claritin’s New Orleans shoot styled to look like TikTok UGC, and a kids-driven diversity campaign that captured playful, authentic interviews.

• End-to-End Delivery: Managed client sessions in post, transcoding, and final distribution across TV, digital, and print.
